MANAM KOTHI PARAVAI REVIEW
We start seeing Siva Karthikeyan too often earlier in Marina, then in 3 as a friend of the protagonist, now he is back trying to establish himself as a solo hero, has he accomplished this task, well it is a 50-50 scenario. None the less the actor is trying his best to take up scripts that can show him as a potential performer. The director Ezhil who is good at romcom has tried his hands at yet another after long time and has made it entertaining as ever.
Siva Karthikeyan plays Kannan who impresses with his simple performance, Kannan is in love with Revathy (Athmiya). Meanwhile Revathy’s family gets her wedding finalized with an influential man. Will Kannan and Revathy come together and how Kannan’s friends play a pivotal role in getting the two together and what happens is the crux of the story told in an entertaining manner. A group of friends played by Singam Puli, Porrota Suri, Sreenath and Charms pool in their talent that is nothing but fun all the way. Siva Karthikeyan is good at what he does comedy. Others in the cast Ilavarasu, Kishore, Ravi Maria have done their part well.
Music by D Imman is passable. Suraj Nallusamy has done a good job with the camera. Manam Kothi Paravai promises entertainment for the audience.
